Eli Malol specializes in helping clients buy and sell residential real estate, in all price ranges, in the San Fernando Valley and greater Los Angeles area. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors, Southland Regional Association of Realtors, Multiple Listing Service and California Association of Realtors.

Eli developed a passion for buying and selling homes early on, primarily because the business is a perfect fit for his personality. He’s easy-going, which puts clients at ease and helps deals flow smoothly. Yet he’s an aggressive negotiator and problem solver committed to securing the best possible price and outcomes for clients.

Loyalty is another quality Eli brings to the table. He began his career with Rodeo Realty 11 years ago and has remained a valued member of the team ever since. He’s the one pulling long hours at the office when others have long since gone home. Clients appreciate this trustworthiness and consistently refer their family and friends.

“When an agent does GOOD business, there is no room for errors,” says Eli.

Outside of real estate, he is a long time resident of the Valley and devoted father of two. This means he knows how to match the right home and neighborhood to the right client. He’s also a wealth of knowledge about local schools, family-friendly neighborhoods, services, and houses of worship.
